Staff need customer service training. Older women is obnoxious other staff congregate at back of shop gossiping. Boxes lying everywhere an accident waiting to happen. Waited 2 hours on delivery and half the stuff not in stock.

815am 25/11/2018-store empty apart from myself-initially ignored by grumpy lady worker-then she stood arms folded huffing n puffing staring at me as i shopped-sorry i wish to spend money in your shop-most staff in here are very pleasant but this moany lady needs customer service training-update went in shop sunday 1/9/19 same lady serving-same moany attitude-why work in customer service if you cant crack a smile or even say hello

Good shop plenty on the shelfs and good prices . Staff very helpful. Was on holiday .before cov 19 .
