Excellent team. All the good things written previously in reviews true but also knowledgeable with advice given in how best to move and store. Cannot speak highly enough of the whole team both leading up to our move and on the day itself. Always a stressful exercise but Premier just made things that bit easier especially as we moved from some distance away. We thank you and are happy to strongly recommend Premier. We will have no hesitation using them ourselves again when needed.

Disgusted. Appalling service. Rather than delivering our belongings in one go, it took Premier Movers FOUR attempts. We had to chase each delivery. Very poor communication - no-one ever phoned us back when they promised, so we were always chasing them. And, to make things worse, our furniture arrived DAMAGED. This is the worst removal company we’ve ever used. Having moved over 15 times, both abroad and around the country, over the past 30 years, Premier Movers was stand-out awful. We were amazed at how bad a removal company can be. Some of our furniture was damaged on the first delivery. We mentioned it straight away to the company, who reassured us that they would look at it. Not only did we have to chase them for delivery of our items, but also about the damage to our furniture. They offered to take our furniture away and repair it, but given their poor delivery service we had no faith that our furniture would be repaired properly or even returned. Overall, if you want a stress-free move and value your possessions, don’t use this company.

This was our second removal with Premier Movers. Absolutely fantastic team from start to end of process. Guys on the day kept us going with their endless supply of encouragement and good humour and we've never seen anyone work so hard! We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier.

Squashed my fragile boxes and laid one down with clearly marked arrows "this way up". Other than that, we'll priced. Fast and hard working.

What an amazing company! They made life very easy for us & was there every step of the way from the home visit to the office to the amazing lads that moved our belongings. I highly recommend this company. :)
