A great little hotel, staff are very friendly. The rooms were a good size and we also had use of the kitchen.nnPrice was great too.
it is the second time we stay here. and again at the reception they were very pleasant. for both booking a taxi and reserving a table in a restaurant, and still the pleasant conversations at the reception. the kelpies are within walking distance. the rooms are always well maintained. They will definitely see us again
This hotel is tucked away on a trading estate, so has no passing traffic noise. Reception staff friendly and helpful - our room too hot and they sorted the radiator for me no problem. Also sorted spare key when I misplaced mine. Accessible room spacious and has a wet room shower. Kitchen close by extremely useful, I could put some milk and food in the fridge, and use the microwave and toaster for breakfast.nShort drive into Falkirk, or Grangemouth, ideal for us. Will be my first choice if I stay in this area again.

This is a no frills room only experience. The rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate which isn't great but you're not paying for views. The staff were great, very friendly and extremely helpful.nIt's very close to the Kelpies which is a magical experience on a wet and windy evening.
