I recently purchased a new to me Kia Sorento from Premier Kia. The whole process was completed online as I live in the West Midlands. I was very unsure how things worked, but Brian made the thing so easy. he answered any questions and made everything feel so easy. Reassuring me each time I raised any concerns or uncertainty. With the purchase being completed online I only viewed the vehicle via video/photos on the website. The car was delivered, my part ex vehicle was taken away which is another excellent service. On delivery I noticed a couple of little niggles. The 2 front tyres had some wear their was small chip in the windowscreen and the drivers seat the leather was 'cracking'. I contacted Brian to raise these issues. He got his service manager Steve to call me and discuss options/solutions to the issue I had raised. Steve agreed that I could get 2 new tyres have the screen repaired he would reimburse the costs. He advised me to take the car to local Kia dealership for the seat to be inspected and this repair should be covered under the remaining Kia warranty. I have recently visited a local dealer and the car has been booked in for a repair. I cant ask for any more. Special thanks to Brian who ensured the who;e process was stress free. First class service from my first telephone call to the delivery and follow up calls from them to sort out my concerns. I would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle or recommending Premier Kia Rochdale.
I attended Kia around a week ago for a service and MOT, then proceeded to purchase a 3 year service plan. Adrian and Dilwar really looked after me and made sure I was able to get my car abit earlier. Great, friendly service from them and I'd highly recommend using this place!

I bought a lovely Red Kia Ria from Premier Kia Rochdale, more precisely from Paul Smith. He was an honest up-front, down to earth salesperson with no pressure to buy. In fact, Paul was very easy to talk with, pleasant and knowledgeable, which made the interaction enjoyable. I was able to test drive the vehicle within minutes of turning up to view it. The vehicle was delivered as arranged with full MOT and service. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

My car had to be recovered after it broke down and was un-drivable. I rang Premier Kia/Suzuki in Rochdale and spoke to Adrian. He was so helpful and I was able to have my car recovered to them. The service was excellent!! Highly recommend Premier Kia/Suzuki.
I currently have a rental car provided by Premier while my own car is in repair. The car was delivered to me within an hour of initial contact from Chris and all communication regarding it has been faultless. I made the mistake of locking the key in the boot when loading my shopping into the car this evening, and called the company with the hopes they’d have either advice on who to call, or would be able to meet me with the spare key. Although Premier is about 45 minutes away from where I live, Chris made the special trip to me and made sure I was back in the car within 75 minutes of realising I’d locked the keys in. The speed and efficiency from Chris today has saved me £100+ locksmith fee, and a LOT of stress given we go on holiday and need to be at the airport in less than 12 hours!! I offered to cover the petrol for the trip which was politely declined, and desperately tried to give Chris some cash to get himself a drink, but he wouldn’t let me, and instead wished me a good holiday. I can’t thank you enough for the help today!
I couldn't recommend Premier highly enough! I purchased a Sportage over 2 weeks ago, remotely as I am London based. From my first conversation with Charlie to receiving the car, the whole process was smooth and easy. I didnt view the car in person and couldn't be happier when the the car arrived, it is brilliant and as described. If you are looking to deal with honest, transparent professionals look no further!
