Found the mattress and pillow extremely comfortable which was great for my spinal condition. I also didn’t get much noise from the corridor so was able to get some much-needed stress-free sleep on my holiday. I always enjoy a Premier Inn breakfast and this was no exception. The gentleman serving was very friendly and attentive. I do agree with another review though about the sofa bed making it hard to use the desk: I pretty much had to climb into the chair.
I paid for an early check-in at 11am, but our room wasn't ready until after 11:30am. The receptionist was lovely and let us grab a cup of tea from the breakfast buffet whilst we were waiting.nI received an email offering an upgrade to a premier plus room that I could only take advantage of when checking in but was then told that they were all booked and had been for weeks!!nNo air conditioning and rooms were unbearably hot.nBreakfast, as always, was exceptional, and we'll worth every penny
Kerry and Zach gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond.nnI happened to mention I’d be checking out very early the following morning.nnKerry and Zach organised a small breakfast bag for me when they didn’t have to. They also switched on the coffee machine for a takeaway coffee. A lovely gesture.nnAdditionally, the room was very clean and maintained to a high standard. Convenient location when visiting Warrington.nnThank you for a pleasant stay.nDaniel
Best premiere inn Breakfast you’ll find. It’s cooked fresh to order so hasn’t gone hard under hot lamps. Really good team and nice vibes. And only £10.99 ! What’s not to like
I'm writing this review from my hotel room. Very impressed. Hotel very clean staff friendly breakfast lovely and cooked fresh to order. Would definitely stay again. Lovely nights sleep as well
