Stayed here for one night. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with plenty of hot water.nRestaurant was clean and catered for allergy requirements.nWe had evening meal and breakfast which were both good. Shout out to Natasha who served us and the lady on reception with the blonde/ purple hair apologies, couldn't remember the name, as both were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient.
Simply one of the best Premier Inn’s I’ve stayed in and that is what surprised me. Location is great, parking is plentiful. Room was neat, clean and just more than spacious, bathroom was top notch as well - can’t fault this place whatsoever! Also big thank you to Sophie for her help whilst staying here.
The only reason Marked this place down, was the people in the room above who I assume had children that in the early hours of the morning were running around and jumping. Kept us awake most of the night.nnIf families book in maybe it should be policy to place families and young children especially on the ground floor so they don't disturb other guests.nnOther than that the food in the restaurant and the room and staff were great. And the location can't be faulted.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They will bend over backwards for you. We were recommended various places to visit locally and the bar service was great. Beds very comfortable as expected from a Premier Inn and very clean and tidy rooms.
We stayed one night before catching the ferry to Orkney. Plenty of free parking spaces. Check in was smooth and check out was easy as we just had to pop our key cards into a box by the door as we left.nThe double room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spotless.nWe liked the extra touch of having additional tea, coffee and milk sachets in reception that could be taken up to the room if needed.
