I do like premier inns. This one is about to undergo a major refurbishment but....the room was fine and clean and warm, the breakfast and dinner were good and all the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Garry who helped me with a problem of my making but in truth, everyone was polite and friendly. They do a lot to enhance P Inn's reputation. Thank you
One of the nicer premier inn's we've stayed in. Room was spotlessly clean. There was only 2 cups in the room when there were 4 of us, but that was soon rectified. It's also one of the few places that has 3 pin plugs next the to bed. USB plugs are marvellous for phones but not very helpful for CPAP machines! Thank you for keeping these plugs as 3 pin. I was able to get extra milk for tea and coffee etc when needed which was very helpful. Small amount of mould beginning on the bathroom ceiling.nnBreakfast was good. One of the cereals had run out, and the dairy free alternative milk had to be asked for, but was provided pretty quickly.nnWould recommend, and would return
Hotel is situated in snow Industrial Estate so not a lot nearby.nThe staff were excellent and very helpful.nnDownside though.nThe guarantee of a good night's sleep does not apply to room 41.nThe heating was not working when I arrived, but was promptly fixed by the girl on reception.nBut then the heating kept me awake all night.nEvery time it kicked in. It beeps, then clicked and banged all night.nThen woke in the morning to find a bug on my pillow. Albeit it was only a ladybird, I think. But still not my best experience in a Premier Inn
Room as you would expect. One member of staff stood out, and actually made it a pleasant visit. Thank you for your hospitality Linda. A+ for you.nnDate of stay 18/12/24
This is a Premier Inn like any other, what made this one gain the extra star is the staff, both the crew on the evening and morning shifts were exceptional, we were away for our daughter's 8th birthday, they all made her feel really special.
