The hotel is situated perfectly, with views of the steam trains from the front, and Snowdon from the back. Plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. Staff were lovely! The room was absolutely perfect and spotless, especially given the low price! Will be staying again.
The room was clean,the staff were pleasant and ameanable....But my room needed redecoratingwith chipped walls and woodwork. and the carpet needed changing. The lifts were broken, and the windows needed cleaning on both sides......Looks to me the maintenance of the building needs to be a priority for the £300.00 I was charged for my 2 night stay.
Our 1st time here for me & my son, we absolutely loved our weekend experience here, rooms were lovely & very clean, & the staff went above & beyond on making my son feel at home.nBreakfast & evening meals were very generous & we had plenty of choice too.nnThamkyou so much xnnRoom 220 Paul & Clark Bolton
Great place to stay to visit Snowdonia. Great room, comfy bed, good size bathroom with bath and shower and breakfast/dinner available as extras. The car park can get full so if arriving late/peak hours you may need to find a nearby car park instead, but can move the car in the morning to the main car park. Would recommend and would stay again
My advice if you are staying here, book somewhere to eat way wayyyy in advance if you come here. And if you plan to have take out, bring cash, you'll have to walk in to the town to get it yourself. No where seems to deliver, everything closes early, and no where takes card, which makes it worse when the hotel restaurant staff tell you to come back at 8:30pm and still then can't seat you despite 2 tables of 2 being empty and they don't have space for room service. I stay at premier inns very often and never once had a problem getting dinner at one. We arrived in the area at 4pm, couldn't find anywhere to eat as everything was packed, so going to be very hungry and extremely annoyed after a 7 hour drive. Don't make the same mistake, book somewhere ahead of time if coming to this location. Especially if you have food allergies. Also, they are extremely understaffed for how busy they are, took 10+ minutes standing around to ask someone a simple question. The rooms are ok but surprisingly dusty. Definitely the worst premier inn experience I've ever had. The view was nice tho so gave 2 stars for that.
