Went there for a presentation. Even though it was just a two hour presentation service provided was good, location was great and made me want to go back. I would love to visit for a meal.

In our confirmation email after checking in online 2 days before arriving at the hotel it confirmed that there was limited parking which for us was essential as my dad is very disabled.I also phoned 7 days prior as well.When we arrived there was no parking whatsoever as there was building work being done. I had to leave my dad and go to a public car park which infuriated us.They said they knew since Dec but we booked mid Jan and even had it confirmed on Apr 1st.The chap on reception was outstanding, humorous and understanding but couldnt help us. The room was wonderfully spacious. We were woken at 5.40am by kids above jumping from the furniture etc. When i mentioned it to staff after breakfast they said they knew they were a problem as they had staff deal with them the previous evening which made me angry that they had prior warning they were noisy. We had an emotionally tiring time a long way from home and on this occasion Premier Inn epically failed to deliver!

Good value for money. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only one downside is small parking. Would stay here again.

A great city centre chain hotel. Rooms clean and amenities as expected. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast and good value for money. Beds are comfortable and rooms are of a decent size. Would stay here again.

I went to Costa! The coffee was fantastic! Great atmosphere to get on with my uni work! Love it!
