Second year staying here. Location fantastic for the city centre and the service partically at breakfast was amazing. The breakfast is really good here. However, they need to invest in air-conditioning. The room was so hot and window only opened a crack.
Room was very nice and clean, staff were really friendly and apologetic when the rooms weren’t ready because of changing locks which we didn’t mind at all! Enjoyed a coffee before hand from the costa inside.
Average Premier Inn hotel, about 20 minutes from Nottingham station, or there's a tram stop right outside.nSmall and a little dated inside, but the rooms are clean and have everything needed, just like any other Premier Inn. Rooms too hot though, even in September, and signs on the heating in capitals to inform to there is no Aircon only heating, windows barely open so impossible to cool down really. Otherwise no issues.nBreakfast ok, reasonable selection, a very small and cramped space to serve yourself but otherwise what you'd expect anywhere.
Great place to stay. Near Rock City and theatre. Not far from City centre. Trams near by also.
Having this premier Inn hotel near a university building is not good enough. It's bad enough at night time with the trams going up & down Goldsmith street, then on top of that you have the noise from the students who don't care about who they wake up after partying all night. The bath had dust inside it. Staff customer service skills were fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. Not sure if I want to stop here again or not at the moment
