Great weekend away, all thanks to Curtis. He ensured our stay was a pleasant one! Room was clean. Location was a bit tired outside but service made up for it.Rooms: 5/5
Enjoyed my stay here, went for premier plus room as usually go for standard. Room was very clean and modern looking, it came with a couple of choc bars and bottles of water in the fridge. The TV actually worked with other hotels from other brands, I've stayed in the TV didn't even turn on The area and building was quiet which is fine by me. Free parking on site including in the beefeater side if you're a Premier Inn customer. I wanted to go out for food but didn't want to travel far for it so was handy to have pizza hut across the road. Check in / out was straight forward and they give you all the info you need before you go to your room. One issue I had was the faster WiFi option wasn't working it kept saying the code they gave me was not active. The staff tried other codes but didn't work. It wasn't really a big deal to me though and I just connected to their free one. There was also a stain on carpet outside the door, again doesn't bother me.
Always a safe bet with Premier inn, clean, tidy, presentable Only small criticism and it is small is the fan that was already in room we were on top floor was extremely warm, to warm for me sleep The fan had not been cleaned for a while coz when fan turned on dust was blown everywhere, shame that this was overlooked When I asked for a second fan as was in family room of X4, the member off happily obliged, yet again though the second fan needed cleaning before use Once done it certainly done the trick of cooling the room down Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future
Great quality room overall and great service from staff. Only issue was it was a little hot in the room as there is no way of making it cooler through the temperature unit. They do make this clear and that fans are available so maybe we should have done this.Rooms: 4/5
Lovely little place with comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Definitely will use again when we visit Nottingham next time. Rooms: Comfortable, with toilet and coffee /tea making. Nearby activities: Easy access to Castle and City centre Food & drinks: Good selection of Fast food/Pubs
Staff excellent. Restaurant staff went far and above to accommodate us after arriving late and the kitchen was closing.Rooms: 4/5
Convenient location for me but nothing much nearby. It's a typical older Premier Inn - comfortable and predictable. Not spotlessly clean - bathroom had hair & dust below the sink next to the bath. Attached Beefeater is OK but relatively limited menu of high calorie dishes. Breakfast is good as you'd expect and cooked to order in this instance.
Stayed for work and this hotel was quieter than in city centre. I has a premier plus room which was certainly big enough and clean. Bed was comfy too. Staff were all very friendly. Car park is a bit dark and with it being winter lots of puddles and leaves.Rooms: 4/5
Comfy beds and bigger sized room for the premier inn plus options. Also had lovely coffee and coffee machine in the room.Rooms: 5/5
