Staff are excellent and better than many high end hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is very clean and beds very comfortable. Food and staff at the Beefeater are top notch. The only criticism I have is it was snowing outside, the heating was off in the room but it was still very warm. Opening the window lets in too much traffic noise to sleep. Suggest air conditioning to control the temperature better in winter and summer.

As Premier Inns go its one of the newer nice ones. Rooms are spacious, flat screen tv, elevator. Attached is a Beefeater so its one of the nicer eateries. You know what I mean if you frequent Premier Inns often. I enjoyed the addition of a Mcdonalds on site, particularly useful when you miss dinner or if you fancy a late night snack. Lots of parking, make sure you get a permit from the check in desk otherwise you'll get a ticket!

Booked this hotel late in the day, but was really happy with the location and the room.. Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Staff were also helpful. Would hapilly recommend!

It's ok, what you would expect, bed and showers are good, however no air con. Can get for toasty in the rooms.
