This is a great value for money. The rooms are big enough and very tidy and welcoming. Staff is always helpful and nice. Stayed here quite a few times and the quality of service has been the same. The position  is great as well

Kind caring and helpful staff . Lovely stay as always. Premier breakfast  whether continental or a good olde full and hearty breakfast is a good start to the day and always a firm favourite here.  .  Evening meals are good but for same prices you can eat local restaurants  for something a little different. For much the same prices or cheaper .
Rooms are always clean and tidy . Most rooms have a lovely view of the heath which surrounds Newmarket at every angle possible .Early morning canters from the horses daily excerise  as they head up for there morning gallop. These can be seen over breakfast too. Been dead centre of town  this premier inn makes it a good place to stay and local vicinity  for shops too

Great hotel. Friendly service, comfortable rooms and good food and bar.  Very happy with our experience of this hotel every time we've stayed here.

Had no problems finding this location, however the parking is in a multi storey opposite, and can be confusing to find. Also you need to be in the 2nd level for the free parking, which was full when I got there. I went on the 3rd and had no problems. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Hot shower and comfy bed. Large TV and decent WiFi. Standard premier Inn.

Late checkin wasn't a problem. Booked Twin room but got double. To tired to make a fuss about it. Carpark garage has it's own hotel section but was allready full. Parked in normal garage as were to leave early morning anyway. Breakfast was perfect. Could order as many as you wanted.
