Good breakfasts available at for extra, comfortable bed, the environment felt well looked after and clean. My only bug bear is that smoking is allowed in the front of the hotel so you have to walk through a fug of smoke to get in and out and drifting up to the bedrooms! This also meant listening to people using the 24 hour bar who'd come out to smoke, chatting loudly enough to wake me up over and again! Not good, hence the three stars overall. Maybe consider moving smokers away from the rooms and entrance to a designated area in the car park.
Karen and val were the best!nnWhat a lovely stay from start to finish. This stay was a Christmas present for my little boy and the staff especially val and Karen went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pair of them are a credit to the company and really made us feel welcomed and at home.nnWe came during the refurbishment so we new We wouldn't get breakfast the first morning but would on the Tuesday. It was worth the wait! Everything ran smoothly and was hot, fresh and tasty.nnThe room is Everything you expect in a Premier Inn and clean and fresh.nnWe'll definitely be back!
Fantastic hotel and one of the best we've stopped in.nGreat service, super friendly staff, great breakfast, and the Social is a fantastic place to hang out, eat and drink.nCheck in is so easy with the self check-in machines but if you can't do that, the staff are happy to help.nWalking distance to the Trafford Centre and plenty of things to do nearby.nLove that the parking is free and it's quite a big one too. Just make sure you register you car number plate near the bar.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good value.
