We stayed for one night as a family of four and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish, which really set the tone for our stay. A special shout-out to Hannah, who went above and beyond for us during our stay and truly made a difference.nnWe opted for the package that included a two-course meal and breakfast, and the food was lovely with a good range of options.nnThe main reception, bar, and restaurant areas have clearly been refurbished and feel modern and inviting. However, the room itself didn’t reflect the same standard — it was adequate for a short stay but would benefit from a refresh.nnThe hotel is in a great location, particularly for shopping at the Trafford Centre, which made it very convenient for our plans.
Fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best sleeps we’ve had away. The bar and reception area were spotless, with a great selection of drinks and cocktails and plenty of comfy seating to relax in. The location is absolutely spot on, literally a 5–10 minute walk to the Trafford Centre. Parking was only £3 for 24 hours which is brilliant value. On top of all that, we only paid £45 for a family room, which is amazing value for money. Couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely stay again!
Hotels great other than no mini fridges in rooms but the car park needs more cameras considering you have to pay for it too. My car was crashed into while parked up overnight on the Monday night but they drove off and as they can’t see it or the car at fault due to lack of cameras the cost falls on me to repair. Nice bill to respray incoming through no fault of my own, very frustrating. I understand the car park states all damage is at your own risk. But if you’re making guest pay for it, at least camera the car park sufficiently to help protect from thefts and damages better.
Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel.nnDecent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently.nnStaff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff.nnAll the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn West, Trafford Centre, and I was blown away by the exceptional service from start to finish. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.nnA special mention has to go to Kane, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. As someone who travels frequently for work, it’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers such high standards of hospitality.nnThanks to the wonderful experience I had here, this location will definitely be my go-to choice for future trips. Highly recommended!
