Brilliant location to catch train into central London.nRooms clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom also spotless. Kettle provided. Breakfast delicious, plenty of choice.nOnly drawback, bedroom windows did not open, but can see reasoning, a vent at the top would have been advantageousnWould stay again

I was really surprised how quite and nice this hotel was. It is in the main high street so I expected noise but I heard nothing. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We also had the breakfast in the morning and that was tasty and a lot of choice. I would stay here again.

not the best, clean but not great, lacks basic ammenitys that come standard at same priced hotel. Had faster internet in the 90s with dial up modems. not impressed but not disapponited.

Automated check-in. 1 out of 2 keys didn't work, but no way to solve that problem. Smelly room with no window to air out. Extremely slow WiFi. Great location. Bad execution of concept.

Stayed in Premium Inn for the first time. Travelled to London for the Business purpose. Really good and comfortable experience with Premium Inn
