During my recent stay at the Premier Inn Hotel Solihull South M42, I had the pleasure of interacting with both Mrs. Danny, the manager, and Mrs. Raj, a member of the working staff. Their exceptional service significantly enhanced my experience. Mrs. Danny, the manager, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and dedication. She was always available to address any concerns and went out of her way to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Her proactive approach to management was evident in how smoothly the hotel operated, and she handled all situations with grace and efficiency. Mrs. Danny’s leadership clearly fosters a positive environment for both the staff and guests. Mrs. Raj, on the other hand, exhibited exemplary hospitality and attentiveness. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made my stay even more enjoyable. She was thorough in her duties, ensuring that my room was impeccably maintained and all amenities were in perfect condition. Mrs. Raj’s attention to detail and genuine care for the guests truly stood out. Overall, the excellent service provided by Mrs. Danny and Mrs. Raj made my stay at the Premier Inn Hotel Solihull South M42 memorable. Their commitment to high standards of hospitality is commendable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
We love the premier Inn, nothing to fault re service and the location that served our needs. 4 stars only as I paid for breakfast for 4 days in advance and next day we found not hot breakfast to serve, plus the quality of food could be better. Overall happy with the experience.
The staff at this hotel are exceptional. I’ve stayed at this hotel on many occasions without any problems but during my last stay, a couple of dodgy types smashed my car windows in an attempted break in/theft. Thankfully, another guest and later hotel staff interrupted the thieves so I only had the broken window. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. The receptionist had made a note of the times of the attempted break ins the thieves tried twice and checked the CCTV footage: They helped me clean up the car and patch up the window. They cleared a parking bay directly outside reception, so they could keep an eye on it while I went about my business. They also helped me organise a taxi to get me to where I needed to go, and held on to my car key so they could let the contractor make repairs while I was out. After I didn’t think they could be more helpful, they helped me clear the rest of the glass out of the drivers seat and even gave me a towel to sit on in case any glass was still on the seat. I am incredibly impressed that every member of staff involved went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for to help me. I am so very grateful and I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much.

Premier un room was lovely. Beefeater attached has recently closed but is open to residents. Staff were friendly but service was slow and food not great. All seemed over priced for what we paid. Prem inn fine but the food offering needs to be brought up to basic standards and still too much ££££Rooms: 5/5
First rate service from Debbie and Maia, they went out of their way to support my wife's, hopefully temporary disability problems, can't thank them enough. Room was great, quiet, very clean and the location handy for the M42. It has a large free carpark, plenty of space.Rooms: 5/5
Spacious, but very basic rooms. No air-conditioning, coffee machine, drinks/fridge or soft-close toilet seat!! Food at the Beefeater was very bland, especially eggs and fruit juice. WiFi speed was dreadful - less than 1 Mbps - making it impossible to do any work. But it's quite cheap and well located for airport, NEC, NCC etc. You pays your money and takes your choice. Rooms: Large but basic. Food & drinks: Poor quality, bland menu.
Premier Inn at its best. I love coming back to the Midlands, everyone so warm and friendly. Met lovely Louise, housekeeper on way out and thanked her for making the rooms so clean and comfortable. You can always rely on premier inn for the best essentials, comfy clean beds, spotlessly clean bathrooms with good showers and nice gel, Kettle, endless free tea, TV and radio. What else do you need for a one night stay? Many thanks Handy for evening meal and breakfast at beefeater on site
Nice place, everyone was very friendly. The restaurant is away from the building a bit. The room was quite hot as there is no air conditioning unfortunately. Apart from this recommend!Rooms: 5/5
We dropped our car around there for MOT, walk by to have breakfast in Premier Inn Solihull South one. However, the staff said they don’t serve non-hotel resident. Even I can see just few hotel guest in the restaurant. I was thinking how the restaurant run the business?Service: 1/5
