Location = greatnService = greatnHotel looks rundown from the outside - needs something doing there.nFood in the restaurant was amazing. Piping hot and very tasty. Only downside is the portion sizes.nNote for the restaurant: very loud and canteen-like soft furnishings needed
Really needs the outside painting looks run down. Think there should always be someone at reception although checking in at self service was fine pityyou cant get in before 3 even though your room could be ready. Inside was lovely. Bedroom big and lovely and clean. Only had one towel but got another two from reception very good. Young lad on reception very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there. Overall a lovely night stay ready for the ferry the next morning only 5 minutes away. Would stay again.

Really amazed at the friendliness of the staff here, always willing to help with a genuine smile and politely - not always found these days in hotels. Rooms are very comfortable and all necessary facilities are available. Nothing seems to be a problem and staff provided everything we required extra to that already provided. Cleaning staff even singing as they worked and very affable. All round very enjoyable experience. Best ever anywhere.
Amazing hotel for a stop before catching the Ferry to Ireland. Stayed here 1 night on our road trip before catching an early morning ferry. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. Rooms are very modern and well kept. Check in and out was perfect and it is only a 5 min drive to the ferry terminal. Perfect stay
