Nicely situated alongside the Ashby canal. Thought it might be noisy because if the pub, but we were wrong, it was quiet. We had a room on the first floor and it was very comfortable. They were a bit mean with the tea bags, one each! Guess we could have asked for more, but we didn't because we had taken some with us anyway. We will definitely stay here again.

Premier Inn Hinckley is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Hinckley. The reception staff, Anita, Cher, Ian, Lorraine, Michelle and Rob were always friendly and helpful and gave excellent customer service. The manager Nicola should be highly commened on her running of the hotel. The house keeping staff were excellent at keeping the room clean and fully stocked. If you're staying in Hinckley Premier Inn is the only place to stay.

Thanks to the staff on reception. We called before arriving because we have an electric vehicle and wondered if they had a charge point. The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful, and organised a room were we could park the car in front of the window and feed our charge cable through. Really nice staff and the brewers fayre next door is great for breakfast.

Not up to premier Inn standards. Bed was low and difficult to get on and off very uncomfortable considering their beds are advertised as the best. Wasn't a full disabled suite. The room was one of the furthest away from the reception area a very long way for someone with a mobility problem to have to negotiate a few times a day. Disappointed to say the least

Had a good night's sleep here. Nice friendly staff and a good location by the canal marina. The breakfast was a buffet and we prefer it to be cooked fresh but it didn't detract from the stay (most of us had the continental breakfast anyway and the porridge was lovely )
