I stay regularly at the Premier Inn branches for work and have consistently had positive experiences, which is why this stay was particularly disappointing. The room booked was a Premier Plus room, however it did not feel reflective of the Premier Plus standard at all.nnThe room was booked for two guests, yet only one bath towel was provided. The towel itself was very worn, thin, and had a hole in it, which was disappointing and not what I would expect in a Premier Plus room.nnThroughout our entire stay, and through out the night, there was persistent loud banging, which resembled the lift hitting the walls as it travelled up and down I don’t know what this noise was but that is the only way I could describe it and resulted in me getting only around two to three hours of sleep. There was also, what sounded like, a leaking of air or water coming out of the air conditioner.nnIn addition, the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, and during the night the air conditioning unit displayed an error message which constantly flashed a green light, which was disruptive and made it difficult to rest.nnAll these points have been raised with Premier Inn head office team. There official position is that because I did not report these things to the management team, they did not happen.nnUnfortunately some people suffer with anxiety and don’t like confrontation, which is why I shared my feedback to head office, in written form, the morning after the stay.nnSometimes you can’t do right from wrong. If you have issues with your stay, be prepared to throw down with a member of management, otherwise you are lying.
A great location and a nice hotel. Typical Premier Inn, clean and as expected, the staff were friendly & helpful. Parking can be difficult due to limited places although I got parked ok. The restaurant food is ok but the local restaurants are great.
The location is just a 2 minute walk from the city centre and literally next door to Hereford football grounds. Has a bar and restaurant facilities at the front overlooking the start of main walk through shopping precinct. Plenty of parking spaces but you have to pay to park.nThey have an all you can eat breakfast for just over £10 per person and that includes hot and cold drinks. Room was spacious and very clean. Secure accommodation requiring you to use your card to access the hall ways to the accommodation and obviously your room. Staff are very keen to help/assist, with a smile.
Great location bang in the centre - really close to usual coffeeshop chains as well as independents. Great shopping+ the stadium is next door!nnStaff were hardworking and helpful
Good room but too warm. Windows don't open, even with fan at maximum and temperature at minimum, still too warm and this was near the end of September. Meal deal is cheap but the food is indifferent. Price was good on a Sunday but would not have wanted to pay the weekday prices.
