Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was OK. However, the stay was made by Laura who showed interest and attention beyond that required. Our grandson was very appreciative.
Room smelled badly of cigarettes complained but apparently no other rooms available. Did put a small machine in room to help clear air while we went out smell better on return but still noticable.nChecked room availability and still had rooms!nOnly one towel in room but as after 11 couldn't be bothered to get dressed and go to reception Very warm in room.Did try with air con but no change. We stayed in a premier Inn in Tunbridge wells last night which was much better..
When we arrived reception staff were so welcoming & polite.nOur room was clean & very comfortable.nService staff in the restaurant were outstanding Violeta went out our way to help us she is a credit to your company.nThis is our second visit & will certainly be back.nWell done premier inn & violeta
Came for the weekend staff very friendly and helpful the rooms very clean and nice to have a decent shower both in the morning and evening. Had breakfast on the Saturday morning l must admit it was ok but I've had better for that kind of money.
Stayed overnight on Saturday.nVery close to shops and Courtyard theater where we were booked to see a show.nVery helpful staff, especially Violet who served us dinner.nShe was kind, helpful and very friendly.nOnly disappointment for us was the bar shuts at 10 and we weren't able to have a night cap before retiring to bed.nOverall a very pleasant stay.
