Room was far too hot, AC did not do anything and the window was sealed shut,nLocation was good as walking distance to everything.nBreakfast had a good choice but cooled down quickly, it said it was a buffet breakfast but the server asked us what we wanted and it was added to a plate then brought to us, it was a very busy time so the food was just warm not hot.nMaybe if I'd of eaten it in the room it would of made it hotter,nHotel ok for 1 night but couldn't stay there for longer
Brilliant location with a gym close by which is a bonus! Thank you to the kind gentlemen on the desk, Olly, who checked us in and ensured we had everything we needed for a good nights rest! Great stay and would definitely return! Thank you once again to Olly on reception for your wonderful service!
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Stocked up with teas, coffees etc. the front of house staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the location in the centre meant it was a noisy night. And the room was near the site air conditioning unit.. comfortable but noisy. Something to consider when you check in.
I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn Halifax Town! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special shout-out to Ellie, who was incredibly kind and professional throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend!
I was allocated a large corner room on the third floor of the Premier Inn in Halifax, and that was very good. However, it took around an hour and a quarter to check me in, which is downright unacceptable. The automated kiosk was not functioning properly and the man on reception was melting down as he was unable to take payments and had to reboot his system. As a consequence, some of the people who had not already paid walked away. It was a negative start to an otherwise acceptable stay.nInterestingly, nobody at reception asked about my stay as I departed. Staff training seems to be much needed here.
