Fantastic Stay at Premier Inn Epsom!nnI recently stayed at Premier Inn in Epsom, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.nnA special mention goes to Sophie, the duty manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail were remarkable. Whether it was a query about my booking or recommendations for local attractions, Sophie was always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience truly personal and memorable.nnThe room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a restful night. I also appreciated the extra touches like the comfortable bed and quiet environment, ensuring I had a peaceful sleep.nnThe hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to Epsom town centre and local transport links. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.nnOverall, my stay at Premier Inn Epsom was nothing short of excellent. The staff, especially Sophie, made all the difference, providing a level of service that truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Epsom.
Brilliant hotel. Central location. Good bar and food. Staff very helpful. Would highly recommend. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I visit most weeks for work. You cannot beat a premier inn breakfast in the morning especially if on business.
A nice and comfortable stay at the premier inn. Great location, all the shops , restaurants and bars round the corner. The room was nice and clean. Staff are really nice and friendly. We had breakfast and this would be my only little moan as the pastry’s and yogurts was nice but the cooked breakfast was cold, bacon really hard and only one type of eggs which was fried and coffee machine wasn’t working but other than that a great stay.
Really good overall but the rooms or my one at least could do with some TLC. Staff I spoke to were all helpful and polite. Checking in on the self-service kiosk is easy. The common areas are all clean and well-kept. The room was maybe very slightly below what I've experienced in other Premier Inn hotels, but still mostly good. There were a couple of holes in the walls and bathroom door, marks on the walls, tarnished fixtures in the bathroom, a water-damaged warped mdf panel next to the toilet etc. I think it needs just a bit of money spent on it to bring it back to a better condition. Cleanliness of the room was mostly good. Room amenities were as expected, but a nice big TV was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, clean and shower worked well and was also clean. Hotel was busy enough with other guests but very quiet - next to no noise overnight from either the street or within the hotel.nnShopping centre, Epsom station, and several small supermarkets and takeaways are all within 5 minutes walk, so a perfect location. Overall would recommend.
Pretty much typical room standard for premier inn. Good location price ok. Council car parks nearby can be expensive at 25£ per day. The first problem at the arrival terminal didn't seem to work so I couldn't pay with my premier inn business card. After some hustle resolved by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. I did ask at what time they are serving food and their breakfast in the morning ... Eventually I was provided with time.. food advertised by the premier inn as a typical meal deal that I did have a lot of around the country .. please don't get full and don't order food there ... It's not right for you and their members of staff as well. 12.49 for Iceland frozen pizza to be warmed up by the receptionist... I have seen that with my bare eye when order was prepared for someone else... Like they would not have enough to deal with at that point .. they need to operate the so-called kitchen as well. I feel sorry for them that they need to deal with so many tasks. I have ended up ordering a burger... After Southamptons fish and chips and garlic mushrooms I couldn't believe that you can get even worse on food quality. I have end up not finishing that so-called meal and went to MC Donald's across the road. Even wetherspoons down the road is cheaper and better. Please don't be fulled to order food there and don't put more pressure on the already busy members of stuff... Shame on you premier inn .. I am not surprised why during this year we are not staying in premier inns any more... With a 100£ overnight stay allowance I prefer to stay in a cheaper hotel and have at least a proper meal... Still I have to get my breakfast tomorrow ... So please be ready for an even bigger disappointment.
