A clean, comfortable, air conditioned hotel ideally located for the train station, shops, and seafront. Reasonably priced off-season. Hotel is quiet internally, but there is some eternal noise from local pubs and clubs at night - ask for a room round the side or rear if this will be an issue for you.
Had a nice quiet room for 2 on the top floor prior to leaving at 6am to ride the South Downs Way. Allowed to leave bikes in room, which is a bonus. Unfortunately breakfast didn't start until 6:30, but we knew that before and can't really expect any earlier would be nice, though, even if only cold buffet style.
Ngl, decent hotel and place to stay as we are all on training.nnHowever, the WIFI wasn't working. Which sucked as we all had to use our own mobile data. Secondly, food poisoning was present as we ate there a couple of times and I ended up being quite sick.nnStaff were however really lovely, really kind people. If you go here, be kind to them please.
I absolutely love this hotel and have stayed several times. The staff are amazing and a credit to Premier Inn. Carly quickly replied to my email request and found us a room which we were happy with and that creates a positive start for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.nnThe hotel is very central, in an excellent location, close to the beach and shopping centre. It's a pleasant walk to beachy head and the harbour. A family network saver ticket only costs £12 so avoids the hassle of driving to Brighton and paying for parking.
Well what can I say, this premier inn is right in the middle of everything you couldn't have asked for more. The staff were very welcoming and the lady who served us our breakfast was over and above what she was required to do, her customer skills were second to none. The room was lovely and fresh clean neat and tidy. The breakfast was a bar for cereal, fruits and yoghurt, also bread for toast and croissants. The actual breakfast was to order by the waitress but you could order as much or little as you wanted for the one price, tea coffee and juices on tap. This was a very good experience. Thankyou premier inn.
