Not to the usual standard of premier inn . Stayed for two nights had no house keeping on the second day. Fan in room broken and no cold water running in sink. Cleanliness was not brilliant either. The staff were told and we were compensated with two days free breakfast. Food was fabulous even though we had quite a few things unavailable from the menu. We can't fault the staff they were brilliant and very helpful ..

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The accommodated allergies, a busy wedding party and the breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice. The young guy working on the bar/reception was excellent. Very chatty and brilliant service. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean and all public areas were well maintained.

I've been in this hotel for more than five months all the time really good service staff always with smile trying to help you. Great food, and the prices are not bad! Highly recommended !

Amazing staff. Especially a lady called Samantha. Rooms are lovely and it's nice and quiet. Only downside is the tiny restaurant. I'd guess about 100 rooms and 20 tables. There can be a wait if you don't book.

Good breakfast. Rooms and bedding clean. Showers hot and powerful. Cleaning staff very talkative outside my door in the morning as I was trying to sleep after working late into the night. That was annoying and disappointing. Had DND sign on door. Car park too small and should really have automatic barrier on exit without needing pin number.... Uneccessay and a drag especially if raining.
