Fantastic night's sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient, and there was no problem with the noise of the city. Our room was a reasonable size and there were 7 floors of rooms available. Breakfast in the morning was slightly delayed due to a fault with the gas, but this was quickly rectified.

Nice hotel with easy to use self check in service. Small reception area offering a left luggage facilities with a ticket system. Great breakfast lots of selection at a very reasonable price. The bar are restaurant are lively with a good vibe and gorgeous evening food. Comfortable clean bedrooms.

Good restaurant, but small tv’s in room and a bit dated. Loads of windows with bad curtains so very light when curtains closed. No good if your working nights.

This is such an easy location for the city centre, a 2 minute walk up the hill from the station, next to Birmingham cathedral. You know what you're getting at a Premier Inn, this location is quiet and lots of places around to eat, although the Beefeater bar/restaurant attached was pretty OK. Very helpful check in staff and standard clean quiet rooms, what not to like.

A great hotel 2 minutes from the centre of town and 5 mins walk from New St Station, Birmingham. Staff very friendly and food excellent. Bedrooms very clean and nicely furnished.
