Negatives: Men's loo next to restaurant not great. Minimum amount of space, squashed against sink while sat on toilet. Soap dispenser empty, hand dryer not working, nowhere to hang your coat. Room was cramped, some drawers would've been helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities limited in room. Positives: Comfortable bed, good sleep. Very clean room, bathroom great, telly good and nice size. Plenty of space for disabled parking. Staff friendly and very helpful, special mention for Joyce and the team at breakfast in the restaurant, a fantastic experience.

I wouldn't normally write a review for staying at a Premier Inn. It is the hotel chain we use for work stays and while normally comfortable the standard is the same from hotel to hotel. Having stayed in this hotel last week I was massively impressed by the friendly nature of the reception staff but especially the breakfast staff. There were 2 ladies welcoming and service and they could not have been more helpful. Starting a day with such positivity is always a good thing!

Good hotel. Excellent location. They just need to work on the breakfast.....not replenishing eggs,bacon etc quick enough. Saying that I'd stay here again.

Mrs Nev & I have stayed in a great many Premier Inns up & down the country. Mostly all have been good,and this one was no exception. We found it to be quiet,with a nice restaurant,which we only used for the unlimited breakfast,which was excellent. Very friendly staff,who looked after us very nicely indeed. I highly recommend this Premier Inn if your looking for somewhere to stay in central Brum.

Very clean modern rooms. Easy to get to. Great service. Layout of rooms is difficult to follow and navigate bit overall a great experience.
