I needed a last-minute hotel after my flight was cancelled and knew Premier Inn to be reliable quality. Thankfully I was able to dump my luggage at the hotel before check-in to save hauling it around all day with a spinal condition which was a big help. I was given a numbered tag to hand in at collection. I was relieved to finally check-in and found the room to be very spacious as usual. The bed was extremely comfortable and the area was nice and quiet apart from the weather. Thank you very much for helping to ease the stress of a difficult situation. My only downside was spotting someone boldly vaping in the lounge area by reception which isn’t allowed.
Absolutely lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were extremely helpful and rooms were of a very high standard. A well kept hotel. The only negative I have is the breakfast area is extremely small and the hotel was sold out, therefore making it a squeeze and there was not a fully stocked breakfast at any point of the morning, so next time I'd skip breakfast. It wouldn't put me off staying again, we loved it.
I stayed at the Premier Inn in Belfast and had a very good experience. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful, which made check-in easy and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The hotel is also in a great location, right in the city center, which made it very convenient to explore Belfast. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.n
Stayed at this hotel while in Belfast on business for a few days. Staff really friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, on-site restaurant and bar welcoming. If you are looking at staying g this hotel I would highly recommend it.
Great location- Belfast city hall is a five minuteswalk. Lovely and very helpful staff- every one we interacted with but two we remember most were Muskan and Jose. Room was clean with coffee and tea making kettle. Bathroom was spotless- most important for every traveler. I loved that breakfast is served at 6.30 am, is hot and extensive - hot bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms! Bar is open till 9 pm if I remember right. Again, we 2 senior couples in our70 all felt most welcome and at home with all the staff. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay!
