Stayed for two nights. Few things forgotten in our room but staff were quick to fix! Lorraine was able to fit us in for supper on a busy Friday night, so thank you Lorraine! Joanne was great as well getting us whatever we needed even though it is apparent that there is not enough staff for the time of year. They told us that supper may take a bit of time because of there were 7 of us but it was out in a timely manner from chef Gabrial! So thank you to all for accommodating our last minute timings!
This premier inn was great. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect position in aviemore for everything local, plenty of parking, electric hookups. Room was clean. We arrived later than expected but they still cooked for us. They have their own thyme restaurant at this one, there is a bar aswell. Would definitely use again
The room was dirty. Requested that the room be cleaned. It was not cleaned. For some reason, the Internet here is limited to less than one megabit. To get faster speed you have to pay 5 pounds for a measly 8 Mbs. In 2025 this is completely unacceptable in terms of Internet speed. This town has fiber available. The fact that this hotel is forcing people to pay to use their shitty Internet is absolutely appalling. The people at the check-in counter were friendly enough, but the service that this hotel offers is completely subpar. The room is in desperate need of preventative maintenance. Walls need to be patched, and there is absolutely no telling when the air-conditioning filter was replaced because of all the dust clinging to the ceiling tiles. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they need to find someone else.
Very, very dirty and chaotic. Our room was filthy and the previous guests excrement uncleaned from our toilet. The lady behind us in the queue to complain at reception had been checked into a room with beer bottles on the floor and an unmade bed. Complaining won’t get you anywhere, the staff are busy trying to cover up for each other and calling ‘Guest Relations’ is like speaking to a brick wall. Do yourself a favour, book into a locally owned hotel that cares about its guests. This place is absolutely filthy.
Stopped in to use EV charger on route to a job at exact moment heavy rainstorm came. Latte necessary! Grateful to be welcomed and served by the lovely Emma Chef who showed me to a very comfortable chair to dry out and enjoy my coffee.
