When I rang to ask for a heating engineer to come out and have a look at the boiler, the receptionist was nice at first as soon as I said we live in Normandy in a residential park home the receptionist tone changed not for the better. So I haven't called back and we will take our business to another company where there staff will hopefully be a lot nicer.
Hi I'm Jackie and I live in the Guildford area. I recently needed to replace my boiler and wanted to move it to a new location in the house so I contacted Premier Heating. Whenever I spoke to the office staff at Premier Heating, they were very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries that I had. The Premier Heating engineers arrived on time each day in a smart company uniform and van and they were polite & friendly. They worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up at the end of each day. The work was carried out as per the competitively priced quotation and to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Heating to my friends & family.
Thank you to Mick & Alan. Premier was professional, tidy, on time, and all delivered with care while giving sound advice as they worked through the job. Their invoice matched the fixed quotation - so all good. We had an old central heating system replaced - we're delighted to recommend Premier.
