Four weeks ago now, they sent me the wrong cheese which cost £23.25. and nobody noticed until my staff cut into it and started to grate a small amount. So I gave the driver about £20 worth of the cheese back.. to request credit for a mistake which I did not make. They took the cheese and refused credit. But also didn't return the cheese ..so I spoke with staff...they then offered me £5 credit. That's not good enough.. if I make a mistake with a sandwich I replace the whole thing not tell the customer you have taken a bite so I will only give you a pound to recover my loss. Even if they had given £20 back it would have been fair. So I will not be buying from premier again unless this is resolved...montys cafe Wakefield
Made a mistake of going through weighbridge gate .got balled at by horrible security woman. I did apologise 2 her 2 no avail. Power has definitely gone 2 her head .
Cake factory yum for some. Lol. Exseemingly good cakes if you like that sort of stuff. Me I make em and really I would rather say no thanks. We make a good variety of cakes and puddings. Go on take the plunge have a bite or two, better still finish the whole cake he he., you only live once...

Had an interview here, the place is very clean and well organised. They have several precautions in place to prevent the spread of covid and the staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Went to manor bakery today not allowed to use main toilets only allowed to use portable toilets with a small washand basin that's fastened to the outside wall of the security hut .The toilets are filthy, the washand basin only supplies cold water while we are delivering the food products that make these exceedingly good cakes they are treating the truck drivers with exceedingly poor treatment. Shame on you.
