We researched long and hard when choosing a company to carry out our extension project. We are interested in trying to be as 'green' as possible so particularly wanted high level of energy efficiency. Premier Build mention this several times on their website, so we decided to go with them. I have to say we have no regrets whatsoever and are delighted with the professional job we received. There was a minimum of mess and the men were very thoughtful and explained things to us along the way. We will definitely use this firm again if need be and recommend them to others.

Like most people, we were a bit apprehensive when looking for a new building company to take on a fairly significant bathroom project at our home. After all, with all of the horror stories you hear about builders it’s clearly a decision not to be taken lightly. However, as soon as we’d spent a few minutes with Peter Seels of Premier Build and started to discuss our plans, we soon realised that we were in safe hands. Peter’s obvious and wide ranging knowledge of the various aspects of the building process was most welcome and very reassuring and, as a result, we didn’t have any hesitation in going ahead with him. He works with a small team of very skilled tradesmen who’ve been with him a very long time and who all clearly know their trade subject inside out. We discovered that Peter is something of a perfectionist and always wanted things done properly, which gave us the reassurance that we didn’t need to monitor standards ourselves. Over the weeks we got to know Ray, Ian, Mitch and Adam who were really nice blokes, and all very courteous, professional and accommodating. After only a few days of meeting them, my wife and I felt completely comfortable in leaving them alone to get on with their work without us feeling a need to be in the house with them. Their work was very tidy and they were always happy to offer suggestions on any issues we encountered or any amendments we wanted to make along the way. They always spent time at the end of each day hoovering and tidying up before they left, which made living in a mini building site that much more tolerable! The whole project consisted of the removal and installation of 3 new bathrooms and a downstairs toilet and involved filling in old doorways, knocking through new ones, plastering, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and a whole host of associated jobs –all of which were organised by Peter. It was completed within 4 months and we are absolutely delighted with the finished rooms. As a result, I can recommend Premier Build without any hesitation whatsoever. Peter and his team are a pleasure to deal with and produce a first class job. In fact, now they're gone we're missing them! What better praise can you get!

Once we had decided on a Tom Howley kitchen, we then needed to find a builder to strip out our existing kitchen, replace our floor, as well as re-routing water and waste pipes and install and move power points and lights. We chose Peter and Premier build because they were local and when we met Peter he gave us real confidence he understood everything we needed. The job Peter’s team did was excellent, they always turned up when they said they would, nothing was too much trouble and the room was prepared ready for the kitchen to be installed on time. Peter also acted on our behalf as the liaison with the Tom Howley Installation Manager and kitchen fitter to make sure he had the right people on-site at the relevant times during the kitchen installation. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen.

In my experience I found Premier Build to be highly proficient. They extended my kitchen and the finished result is fantastic. I highly recommend these guys to all.
