Premier Group undertook repairs to my vehicle following an accident where a van ran into the back of my car causing significant damage. My car now looks as good as new and the service from Premier Group has been excellent, with regular updates from Hollie throughout without me having to ask, and immediate replies to any emails I sent. In fact the best communication I think I have ever had from any service provider! I shall definitely be recommending Premier Group to friends and shan't hesitate to use them again myself for any future needs, even though they are not that close to me geographically; their high standard of workmanship and excellent overall service makes it worthwhile travelling the extra distance and in this particular case, they collected and returned the vehicle from me, so I didn't have to travel at all!.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

I have used Premier a few times now without issue, unfortunately not this time, after fitting two rear tyres on my Boxster there is obvious damage to the face of the rims on both wheels, I was told this is a delaminating of the top coat on the wheels, it looks like impact damage to me, the reception are great but the workshop now is below par, use with caution if you are proud of your car!Service:&nbsp;Tires

With my vehicle in limp mode and awaiting a tow. I started searching for a local garage to go too and though they said that they were not taking any more work on as it was quite full and it maybe later to even look at my vehicle as they were short staffed till Thursday or Friday. They said that they would try to investigate what was wrong and inform me of the issue. They have explained and resolved the issue in under 24 hours. Will never be using this garage again and I do not recommend any one else does. Car was returned to me still damaged after accident repairs.  My boot doesn’t lock and my rear window was replaced with one with 0% tint. Very frustrating. Very simple issues that should have been fixed without any problems.

Full 5* customer service and quality of work from Premier Group. I am weighting this on behalf of my mom who uses Premier Group to look after her Nissan leaf and the service that she has received from the initial call from reception to her car been collected from her home and returned at agreed times is faultless service.
