Pros: - the photographers turned up on our wedding day and took photographs. - the photographers were friendly. - we received the sample and finalised digital photographs of our wedding eventually and it would appear that the finalised photographs were only hand delivered to us after threatening to take further action against them if not received Cons: - their company website appears to have disappeared - the photographer does not appear to be a member of all the professional bodies he advertises - the photographer failed to turn up for our wedding rehearsal, as previously agreed. - the photographer failed to meet the turn around time for providing us with sample digital photos of our wedding day - the photographer asserted that he had sent the sample digital photographs by recorded delivery, but that disk was never received - the photographer failed to provide us with our finalised digital photographs within the agreed timeframe -the photographer asserted that he had sent the finalised digital photographs by recorded delivery, but that disk was never received.
