Lovely big store. Staff were joyful and able to help. Really nice variety. Only disappointment was the security outside would stare at you going to the store and look very displeasing.
Pragnell's, and more specifically Denis, were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Buying an engagement ring was a daunting prospect, I didn't really know where to start, but Denis was such a helpful advisor and the ring is perfect! Great experience, I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There are a wide variety of luxury goods from gemstone jewellery to timepieces. The range of luxury watches includes Omegas, Rolexes, Patek, and even F.P Journe! All the staff know their stuff and are really welcoming.
Exceptional experience as a first time customer. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, patient and offered advice that wasn’t pushy and aligned with my own tastes. Delighted with my purchase which I’ve been waiting 15 years to make. I can’t see myself going elsewhere moving forwards and will recommending Pragnells to my friends.
