We have booked regularly with PR travel for many years and always relied upon them to provide an excellent service. Not any more. We have been subjected to a catalogue of errors over the last 2 months including a cancellation invoice for a holiday which was not cancelled, a booking invoice which did not show our deposit and more critically a complete mess up with my sons refund from Monarch which has not even reached ATOL yet. I can get holidays just as cheap elsewhere and sadly the customer service that l valued has disappeared - probably to the new branch in Darren.
