We have a problem with our recycling, the bins are picked up and left 150 yards away from where we left them, we already have to walk a 100 yards to put them in the usual bin place, every week for the past 6 weeks I have complained to the council, and basically they just ignore us, we are pensioners and find it very difficult to put them out in the first place, and then have a hunt the bin situation every week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Tried to contact Powys County Council this morning- all numbers giving a recorded message that stated that the Council was closed due to a Bank Holiday. I wasn't aware of a BH in late March and on a Tuesday! What does this say about customer facing person centred service? Has the Social Services and Well Being Wales Act and the Well Being of Future Generations Wales Act been heard of in Powys? Heather Tyrrell

Appalling Customer Service from people who couldn't care less.Most of the time they can't be bothered to answer any emails.

Unhelpful passed from one person to other never have any answers very poor customer service needs to inpove greatly with the money we pay them
