My son had his party on Saturday and he and his friends had such a great time. Everything ran smoothly and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The coach jay was great with the kids and really got them involved and hyped! I paid for the gold package and it was definitely money well spent! I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely hold another party. Great parking also
I had my son’s 6th birthday party today and would highly recommend as all the kids & adults loved it.nThe staff were very friendly and in particular Coach Jay was a great host and Micheal at front desk was also very helpful, both were very accommodating. Great experience overall!
We had our son's birthday party here today and would highly recommend. Sam, the coach was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. She was so helpful, friendly and great with the kids. Thank you for a great party.
Our son had his birthday party there this morning with coach Sam, fantastic experience for all 10 kids there. With a huge amount of focus given to all the boys including a focus on children who are neurodivergent. Sam was brilliant, very attentive and very helpful. Thankyou for a great morning
I am hesitant to write this review as I do not normally write negative reviews, however I felt it was important to share my experience of booking the venue for an event.nnI enquired about booking my February event in August initially by phone and was told that event hire was Saturday night only and I needed to go to the venue in person to book. When at the venue to complete the booking process, due to the size of my party I was heavily discouraged from booking the venue for Saturday night and was pushed to either hire the Friday night or Sunday afternoon. I was told that since my party size would not be able to meet the minimum bar spend which is higher on a Saturday night it would be better for me to hire an alternate day as the bar is still open to the public and any bar spend during our hire hours would count towards my party’s minimum spend. They specifically were pushing me to hire the Friday night as they told me there was a dedicated group who ordered from the bar every week and would definitely help me meet the minimum spend. I did agree to change the party to the Sunday afternoon as Friday night was not possible for me. I asked if a pitch was included in the hire and was told that the pitch nearest to the venue space was automatically included in the booking and would be available to us for the entirety of our booking. I was also told that we would have the entire space available to us, including the private room next to the main space as I had specifically enquired about its use for young children.nnOn the day of the event, I arrived 15 minutes after our hire time started and the space was filled with people. The manager on duty, who also took my booking, then had to ask everyone to leave while we waited to begin our set up. I noticed the private room next to the main space was being used and was told that this space was never going to be given to us, despite my very specific request of its use for young children. During our event, the manager asked if they could use some of the space we hired and that was currently occupied with our guests for people from the other hired space as they were also using the bar. I felt inclined to agree due to the tone of the manager. I asked about which pitch we would have and was told we don’t get one included but that we could use pitch 8, though this was not available to us for the entire hire time as when we wanted to go on the pitch it was occupied. Finally, at the end of our event I went to close a tab we had opened and enquired about whether the minimum spend had been met as we could see the bar was somewhat busy during our event. I was then told only our tab counted towards the minimum spend, which we did not meet. This was entirely different to what I had been told at booking opening a tab was never mentioned at any point and was something the guest of honor happened to do and contradicted their reason for pushing me to book this day and as a result our deposit was not returned.nnOverall, I was not happy with the experience as our event was treated as though it was not worth the venue’s time and the communication was poor. Additionally, when the guest of honor went to the bar to strike friendly conversation with the staff, the manager was quite rude and confrontational turning the conversation back to the bar spend. I would not book again as I found the experience disappointing.
