Booked a kids birthday party. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and service, great communication, kids had alot of fun, table was set up, kids were happy with food. Coach was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Perfect sized area. Has a bar inside. Reasonable price per child.
Overall happy with the turnout with my son’s 9th birthday. However, I paid the extra £100 to have bubble football as an extra activity and it wasn’t booked. Big let down! I was only told this 20 mins to my booking on the day of the party. They said that it’s an external company used and they couldn’t see on my booking that I had paid for it. Not sure what to believe. Anyway the service was lovely and they said they’ll issue a refund for the bubble football. The cake was slightly dented and tampered but otherwise the kids had fun. I would recommend to others!
We have been to many football clubs before and my son is football lover but this one makes me feel so impressed because of their party organisation . the staffs very helpful and we were so enjoyed the party with the kids at Croydon branch. They provided us the plain white T-shirt for kids to sign in for party boy which is very special. I never ever seen ant birthday party organisation done that before. They also give the party boy a trophy. My son loves it and every other kids Have a pack of football cards. they love them and played together . I must say thank to coach Curtis in Croydon branch. he’s so fun and friendly. He helped us prepare the decorations, foods and guided children play football and hosted the party so well. He is brilliant. The price is so reasonable. My son had a fantastic 8th birthday party. Highly recommend
I played here last weekend and it was a great venue for the party. From my point of view, the road by the function room made it really easy to get the unloading done. Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful and polite which I appreciated. The party went on til midnight which isn't too early, another plus! Thanks for looking after me, would definitely play here again. I left my business cards with the staff who supported me, couldn't praise them all enough! Thanks again
Last night I had my sons 16th party held here, from start to finish the whole team were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for parties the function room is great
