This company is AMAZING. I have used them before for an integrated fridge freezer. I bought a Bosh washing machine, the service from the sales team was informal and relaxed, but very professional. The installation was a bit tricky, but the lovely man who sorted it for me went above and beyond. . Strongly recommend this company, buy local and get great service.
Yesterday the fabulous Anthony from the shop went out of his way to help my partner out. He not only delivered the fridge and freezer he could hear her washing machine was about to conk out! Not only did he move her spare machine into the old machine's place he actually took it away for her! No wonder PowerPoint is where we have bought all our white goods for years and you should too!
had problem with pump on my washing machine came out Monday to look at the problem and a new pump found and fitted with in an hour brilliant service and very helpful

Bought a gas cooker from Powerpoint April 2021 and would like to say a HUGE thank you to Ian and Simon for all their great/honest advice and no hard sell - they were so patient with us as we're very indecisive and we couldn't be happier with the cooker and the equally brilliant fitters who took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our new cooker. Purchased/delivered and installed within 2 days. Fantastic local company and will definitely use them again.
PowerPoint were able to meet our requirements for a top mount fridge freezer that met the measurements of our limited space. Ordered and delivered on time, delivery team were excellent in manoeuvring the unit into the very tight space available. Only thing missing was the special spanner required to adjust the feet. One call to the store and to see if they had one... unfortunately no, but they arranged for manufacturer to post one out. Excellent service all round. Thanks everyone.
A Bosch dishwasher was ordered yesterday at a very competitive price. Powerpoint Appliances Ltd. was chosen, as I have used them a few times before. The staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful, and the item was delivered today, as promised, and installed very efficiently. A further example of why I would not hesitate to use this company again, nor would I fail to recommend them to others. Well done!
