I’ve had lots of treatments done at Pout and am always happy with them. Kayla in particular does a great job of my gel nails, they always last a really long time and she is a lovely person to see. Trusted her with my wedding nails. Would highly recommend. You do need to book in advance though as she is popular with many regulars and gets booked up quickly.Services:&nbsp;Waxing

This was my first visit to Pout and I'd booked myself in for a custom Gel Manicure.  The salon is very clean and well-organised, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming.  Abbie did an amazing job with my nails. I will certainly be back and will recommend Pout to my friends and family.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Kayla was absolutely amazing in helping me decide my nail style and talking through the BIAB process. The team, atmosphere and space was amazing and couldn't be faulted. Kayla really took time and effort on my nails and I couldn't be more grateful for her time and patience, she took time to talk to me which is rare in comparison to other places I have visited and made me feel extremely comfortable.  Beth also did my lashes and talked me through potential options as I have a smaller eye shape I was worried my eyes may look weighed down but Beth reassured me this isnt the case and she will ensure the look noticeable but natural. She was also extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable as sometimes lash appointments can be awkward this wasn't.  I couldn't be more grateful to the beautiful team at POUT. Only remove the brand of polish that they use and refuse to move others - policy isn’t stated on website. Travelled almost an hour to get here for my appointment only to be turned away for something that wasn’t communicated online or on the phone, when I called a week prior to check what I should book for. Won’t be trying to come back.

Had my nails done on Thursday afternoon- biab and gel on top. Wednesday night they peeled off. No after care was suggested at the Time of the appointment however I did use gloves for cleaning etc and creamed my hands. They didn’t even last a week and cost me £48!!!!!!!  Edit- nobody called me as it was said in response to my review. Unfortunately another reason to avoid this place. Shows customer service is non existent and clearly don’t care about customers  Don’t recommend

I had a soak off and clean up done nail clip/file it cost £28 quite over priced, but the ‘clean up part’ was very rushed and my nails were left long, not buffed and some colour left on the corners and didn’t feel I could mention as the therapist didn’t seem approachable in my opinion.  Haleema
