I was buying some sweets and food for my friends when I went to check out he basically said I was fat and said if I won a prize in the tone “you can buy alll the sweets you want” and rolled his eyes. Food was good though and good price so 2 stars
Great store and lovely helpful staff
The one was an error. It disappeared while I was still clicking the stars. The shop is one of my favourites.
Many items to choose from here. Especially good for folk who do their own DIY projects. Excellent for folk on a budget, as we are all subject to budget of type or another! Students will find all types of stationery products too. Staff are down to earth
Doesn't quite feel like a Poundland anymore, prices are over £1 on pretty much most items. This store never has self check outs open till way after 9 am, only the exit doors are open in the morning too so not great when ya have to pass cold and flu infected people coughing all over the place !! Its gone right down hill and again the location isn't the best considering where it is
The shops are cheap and cheerful, but you need to be able to tell the differences to get a good deal! Good for cleaning products, batteries, occasionally, good deals on electrical accessories. This one is sited inside the Millgate Shopping Centre.
Lots of good items very well priced and helpful staff
Plenty of room between shelf's. Concise store. Beware isle 2 which is full of Halloween masks
Pound land is exactly what it says a shop of items at £1 there are some products that they have started to sell that aren't a pound and are maybe a few pounds but the vast majority of items in there are a pound
Great for all types of shopping
