Poundland still do some cheap things and have quite a good variety. The air con is quite nice as well especially in this heat. However, shelf labels prices don’t always match till prices.Bought these bubble wrap envelopes a few months back thinking they £1.25, but the till price is £1.50. Bought them again today and the shelf label was still the old price of £1.25the till price was still £1.50.
An excellent member of staff was attending the self-service tills "a good'un!!!", going 'the extra mile' helping me and also the lady next to me. Then, she ran after the lady to give her an item she had left behind. Please thank her with a little bonus as encouragement to others!
Just spoken with Karen, she was excellent, very kind and thoughtful and a great problem solver. If Karen was part of running the country it would be a far better place. Thank you so much it's been an absolute pleasure to speak with someone who actual cares about the customer for a change. Great stuff, keep up the excellent work! Omg on my life! Came in last week and dropped my wallet , didn't know I had until I was gloriously handed it back by Nicol I think that was her name tag ... tried to ring the shop to give my thanks but didn't get an answer. Nice friendly and helpful staff member helped me find what I needed. Clean and tidy store
The store was a mess couldn't fine anything for kids underwear it was all over the place and had no labels on so you couldn't see sizes or ages. Was very disappointed
A pound shop? I think I seen three items that were a pound, now I understand the cost of living crisis but should this be called Poundland anymore?
