I have to say the sausage rolls are very nice, but I'm not 100% sure that they're better than Greggs.the shop was clean and tidy.the staff were very pleasant.the shop is conveniently located in the pedestrian section of School Road.carparks an public transport links are close by as well.
Good shop, always busy as they've got some really well priced and tasty products for sale and I can't resist their Bavarian slices of which you get two for a pound. There is precious little meat in their pies and sausage rolls but they still manage to make a tasty quick snack. One of their bacon butties and a cup of their coffee is a great way to start the day. Overall a good experience.
Old women I asked her that can I have the deal and automatically she said only top shelf and I’m saying about the deal and she sighed at me for no reason and said to me hurry up got customers and I was paying half cash half card and she said no you pay on all card I said no because I want to pay like this for a reason very inconvenient and she needs investigating just because it’s sunny don’t give her a opertunity to be rude to a customer
Best hot pasties always not cold like Greggs. Pasties are hot, bigger and cheaper here.

It's value for money but I wouldn't put it in the same category has Gregg's
Nice staff. Very efficient. The onion / mince meat pastries are out of this WORLD. Especially when they come straight out of the oven. Tell me where you'll get better value for money.
It said on the internet, open 10am Sunday, I went there, the manager opened the door but put the sign in the way so I couldn't get in. He said We open at 11 in a sharp tone, I'm on my own and it tells you on the window we dont open until 11. I said the internet said you open at 10am on Sunday, I also said I only wanted a pack of t-cakes I have the pound. he said NO!! We open at 11 o'clock. I wont be going there again horrible misserable man. My mum is an invalid I was doing her shopping, 2 seconds out of his life. I didnt ask for a receipt. Not happy Rude ignorant man, how he got his job I dont know, I know he wont get a job in the diplomatic service.
The lady at the counter was lovely. Friendly and smiley. Good selection food for a smaller shop.
Last week bought some cheese & onion pasties but unfortunately it was potato & Onions Only pasties. There was no cheese in them. TWO for a £1 wasn't worth .
