This pound empire is on the ground floor. The doors are not automatic, and are usually kept open. This is a large store and they sell a variety of things from household utensils, to bedding, to crafting,stationary, toiletries, toys, batteries etc. You can often find great bargains here.
The owner is extremely arrogant and aggressive towards their customers. I have witnessed he asked customer to leave the shop just for asking the price. The shop is everything pound but prices are varies and most items don't have price on it. After arrogantly ask her to leave he turn around and ask me to don't make noises by talking on phone. He shouldn't be owning Bussiness if he is so arrogant and thinking customers can't ask for the price or touch the items. I would never recommend this shop.
This is a great little shop, have plenty of stock and like your old hardware shop, near Tesco cheethham hill.
