I think it's the most beloved library, and every staff member there is very enthusiastic, especially a man. Because I am Chinese and my English is not good, he helped me apply for a library card and helped me find English books that I like and can learn. He always greets me every time I go.
Helpful in all sorts of ways. Friendly in every way. All you could ask for of your local library.
Clean & tidy. Where you will find very friendly staff. Who will help you in every way they can. I've been going for a few years. Very bright plenty of room. Old archives of Poulton. Well worth a visit. Caters for everyone young or older.
Love going in there staff great & the gentleman is fantastic & really knowledgeable. Always helps with my book club choice of the month when I am wandering around quite lost.

Pleasant, and helpful staff. Usual good range of books.
Exceptionally high standard of help from lady, whose name I think is Louise. She was helping me with reapplication for a Blue Badge and we came up against many problems, resulting in me spending approx 3hours in Wed with her, and about 2 hours today. She was kind, patient, and very understanding and went over and beyond the call of duty to help me. I really, really appreciated her kindness. Sandra Bebbington.
