Perfect experience, couldn’t have went better, we called as we had been locked out of our property with no way of getting in, explained the situation on the phone and Shane called back 20 minutes later to say had finished a job early and could squeeze us in as we where in a pickle,  promptly arrived, gained access and change locks, as a landlord I’ve used many locksmiths in the past but Shane will be the only one I use in the future. Great guy, very friendly and gave us some great advice in the process. Top Man

Another excellent job from Shane, I called him at 8.30am today and he was there and the doors open with replacement locks by 9.00am. Excellent service from a great bloke, I can certainly recommend him. Thanks Shane you’re a star and a true gent.

Amazing service. Visited and repaired patio door lock same day, and adjusted the doors. They're better than new now! Great value for a professional job. Highly recommended.

A shame there aren't 6 stars available as an option.  Shane responded immediately to our panic call where the church door handle/lock wouldn't close.  He was on site within 15 minutes and within 20 minutes we had a temporary repair to maintain security and then all sorted soon after.  What more does anyone want?  A delight to deal with.  Speedy, professional and really friendly service. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a day out planned, went to my kitchen to pick up my purse and mobile only to find the door stuck, couldn't of happened at a worse time! After trying to fix the problem myself and failing miserably thought I would have to cancel my plans! My friend advised me to try giving this company a call. They could not have been more helpful, I was told not to cancel my plans and the locksmith would come when I got back from my trip! True to his word he came when it suited me and promptly fixed the problem, without taking my eyes out in the process! The gentleman that came was very polite and cheerful , I would advise anyone to keep their number in your mobile, you never know when you may need them - I give them 10/10.

We called Potts Locksmiths late afternoon yesterday and they were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day since our door wouldn't lock. He was friendly and adjusted both the door hinges and frame quickly and was in and out within 15 mins!

This is the second time Shane has came too do my locks on my doors, he’s very professional and quick and couldn’t recommend him any more polite and clean and on time, thanks for you service I really appreciate it .

Came to see us promptly after we noticed an issue with our lock. Five star service, lovely man, will definitely use his expertise again next time we need a locksmith!

I received excellent service in replacing a lock in a locked door, very friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend highly enough.

As always Shane was prompt cheerful efficient and kind. He removed my rusted old padlock for nowt. He is always my go to for lock problems.
