As a landlord he has helped with a difficult tenant situation, he is completely professional & explained the rights of all involved as not to compromise anyone. Fantastic service very efficient and friendly. I couldn't find my keys and rang this company on a Sunday and in 35 minutes he had called and replaced both front and back door looks for a very reasonable price.

Shane and by extension Potts Locksmiths are one of the most helpful, friendly, and professional companies I’ve had the pleasure to work with and use. 

Applying years of experience and knowledge and more importantly trying to help his customers understand the processes he follows, he’s passion and great personality comes across in leaps and bounds.

I could not be happier with the services Potts locksmiths have provided and personally would not go anywhere else in the future!!!

I have used Shane a number of times this year he is professional,  approachable and nothing is too much trouble. His work is of a very high standard and his enthusiasm and pride in what he does is excellent. He is punctual, trustworthy and is an integral part of our team!
