Our dog has recently been treated for an ACL tear and we couldn’t be happier with the treatment he received. We were given thorough and impartial advice about treatment options and the operation carried out by Elliot and his team seems to have been very successful. Follow up appointments are still ongoing and advice is always readily available. Highly recommend!
I was very apprehensive about using this vets after having a bad experience with barn lodge. That being said, I would recommend Potter House to anyone - super reasonably priced and most importantly the vets clearly have a lot of compassion and care for the animals. I have made them my regular vets now and will continue with them. Highly recommend

Unfortunately on Wednesday we had to take our beautiful boy on his last journey. The vets and staff were amazing, putting him and us at ease through his last moments. The compassion these people gave us will never be forgotten
I had to say goodbye to my dog today under very difficult circumstances. I have been a customer for over 12 years now and I have always received the highest care from the vets and staff at this practice, today was no different.
