Simply amazing, this pottery/painting place is the perfect place to go for a wind down adult session or somewhere to take the children. It is extremely reasonably priced and all the costs are included in the purchase of the item and there are no studios - which is quite the contrary at other pottery/painting places. The husband and wife team are lovely, they give you a thorough briefing of the painting activity prior to starting your session. They reassured us that if we weren’t to finish on time, we could return to complete our painting at a later date free of charge. I would recommend anyone of any age and any party size to consider this as a fun activity to do!
Hadn’t been to this new location before and it’s just as good as I remember. The woman who runs the shop is incredibly kind, patient and just a lovely person who gave excellent customer service to my group and the other people in the cafe. You can tell how much she loves her job and it really shows. We had so much fun and left in a great mood and will defiantly be back again
Fantastic pottery painting cafe. Held the start to my friends Hen do there. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They attended to everything we needed and we had a wonderful time doing something crafty
Me and my friend had a great time here. The customer service was super informative and helpful. It was also really relaxing. Picking up our pottery was also very fast and smooth. Really lovely and friendly staff!
What a lovely welcoming and supportive environment. We went as a group of 30 Year old friends and had the best time. They kindly accommodated us having a dog with us. There was a lovely atmosphere so many pots to choose from it took some of us 30mins to pick one haha. The colour options and equipment was brilliant. The cafe options are so reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough.

Great shop and selection of pottery. Experience ruined by a narcissistic and uncaring manager who was berating a man who worked there who had spent a while helping a family with an autistic child and welcoming others talking to their child about dinosaurs. The man was doing a fine job. The manager could learn a lot from him. She was completely rude and made us feel awkward being sat there listening to it. She needs firing. Shame as we have come here a few times but will think twice before coming again after this experience. Not a nice experience.
We love visiting Pots2Go whenever we stay in Harrogate. There's always a friendly welcome and my son's, aged 2 and 5 sit quietly for the entire hour totally engrossed, creating their masterpieces - amazing! I liked the old premises but love the light and airy feel of their new shop. There's plenty of designs to choose from and after four visits we are working our way around them all! It's just a shame we don't live closer because now they have the large room upstairs I would love to hold a party there or join them for one of their evening events. Thank you to Zoe and her wonderful team, we will see you soon!
