I was looking for a local florist for an urgent delivery: on my travels in the area I had already seen this shop, but living abroad I used the service via the Internet. I'm very pleased with the bouquet -very nice and colorfull- and the service -fast and very punctual: they helped me to make so happy someone close to me. I'll be visiting you to thank you in person in the coming weeks.

Amazing service and beautiful flowers. Called up in the morning and they put together two beautiful hand ties and delivered them on the same day! Really helped to brighten up my mum's weekend as all our mothers days plans were cancelled due to social distancing and she's stuck inside. Thanks again!
Appears a very pleasant shop and recommended. Quite hard work with a more mature woman trying I felt to get every penny of extras in addition to £80 flowers, do you want a box, to deliver locally £5, to add another gift to be delivered at the same time another £5, which REALLY put me off, felt every penny counts vs fantastic customer experience. I have ordered bouquets in my role for over 36 years and have never been so disappointed with a bouquet for £80 as unfortunately from here. Extra heavy on foliage and light on flower quantity. Despite calling over 8 times the following day to see if delivery was successful, no answer. Utterly disappointed and will not use again.
Valentines Day order - The reason I have given this three stars is simply down to the issue of delivery and communication from the store. I placed an order for £75 standard roses with a £7.99 valentines day delivery charge on top. I placed the order around 3 days before valentines. On valentines day I called at around 10am just to see what time they were expecting to deliver and was told my order was next to be go out on the van - great! Time rolled by I was working during the day and no message from my girlfriend saying she had received them. I called at 15:30 to again see what time they were expecting to be delivered. I was placed on hold and then given to the manager who said "your order is the next to go out for delivery, the van will be back any minute now to pick them up". I wanted to say that I've already been told this before but I decided to hold my tongue and be patient. Time rolled by again and I called my girlfriend at 18:15 saying if she had received any flowers at this point the element of surprise had been ruined as I was just too anxious to not say anything and didn't want her to feel like I had forgotten to get her flowers this year. She said she hadn't received a thing and I called Pot Pourri about three times but it just continued to ring and no one had answered - I can only assume they had closed. I messaged on Facebook and also had no reply. I was starting to feel like I had been scammed. My girlfriend then went to work for her night shift and would you believe it about 20 minutes after she arrived at work she got a message saying they had arrived - typical! I must admit I was furious at the time after being told twice they were on the way when they weren't and arriving so late into the evening they arrived at around 19:30. However the silver lining is that they are beautiful roses and arranged so lovely that you can see someone has taken a lot of effort on making an outstanding presentation. In summary, if these flowers wouldn't have arrived so late into the evening and if I would've just been told the truth that they were going to be coming late this would have been the easiest 5 stars I've given. If buying from this store I'm sure you'll be pleased with your flowers however keep in mind if ordering on a busy day you may be waiting long into the evening to receive the flowers. Also I appreciate Valentines Day is the busiest day of the year for my florists, however measures should be put into place to keep up with the workload - this day happens every year after all!
Ordered 18 white roses for my daughter's birthday. They arrived as agreed on the correct day correct time. I was not home and it was a total surprise for my daughter. She was so overwhelmed that she made a video to show me how beautiful and large the roses were. Thank you so much in helping me make her day I am more than satisfied. Keep up the GREAT work.
Lovely florist. We moved away from Chiswick 20 years ago, but still have family and friends who we very occasionally send flowers to from Pot Pourri. Every time they come up trumps with beautiful and inventive flowers. Only downside is that their website doesn't successfully process payments from overseas, but it's easy to do over the phone.
Slightly disappointed I am afraid for a £50bunch of flowers which weren't delivered in a bag, paper cover or something nice, just had a "cheap" plastic bag around and nothing to cover it, moreover the selection and type of flowers chosen was quite poor, appreciate the limited stock due to covid, regardless think they could have done better really to justify the price of the bouquet. Also nearly £9 for a local delivery, slightly expensive. Overall think the service can be improved, at the end of the day spent nearly £60 which could be someone's pay for a whole day of work. So being generous and giving 3 *stars out of 5*
