Left a Google review of Postmark Greenwich on Friday 1st April detailing how disappointed I was with the service I received in store on Thursday 31st March. I received a reply from the Co-Owner, Leona within an hour of posting the review and then an email from Co-Owner, Mark, shortly after this. Within hours of my review, I had spoken to Mark via email and arranged to speak to him via telephone conversation to discuss my in-store experience. Mark was accommodating and we spoke on the phone for around 30 minutes - having a very pleasant and constructive conversation addressing my concerns and going above and beyond to rectify the poor customer service that I received in store. Mark reassured me that a full investigation into the incident will be conducted and the appropriate actions will be taken. My faith in PostMark has been completely restored and due to the care and attention of Co-Owner’s Leona & Mark, I will be more than happy to shop with PostMark once more and shop their delightful collection of JellyCat toys.
A fantastic little card store, my first stop whenever I need a card. They stock such wonderfully cute and quirky cards and have quite a wide range of general cards. A slightly larger range of specific cards eg ‘grandad’ etc might further improve the experience but I have always been able to find something I like. Do be aware that the interior of the store is quite small and you will have to shuffle around other customers a few times. All of the staff members I have encountered have been friendly and welcoming, gladly offering help when needed.
I adore this quaint little card shop. It’s jam packed with goodies!!!! Like a treasure trove, one is always able to find something unusual and lovely! There are cards and ribbons and wrapping paper and notelets and gift boxes and cuddly toys!!!!!!! More things than I can mention!!!! The staff there are sooooo knowledgeable and helpful. They are lovely even when super busy!! One of my friends has an account here and I love to hear their stories of picking the right card. Honestly, I don’t need to go anywhere else for cards and neither will you!!!
