Above and beyond!
As an American in the UK I knew nothing about postage and customs but wanted to send a gift to Japan. An employee by the name of Shan helped me plan, craft, and send the perfect care package, including finding a correctly sized box, printing a photo album, personally assisting with my customs forms, and ensuring the styrofoam peanuts didn't tip the parcel into the next weight category before I bought them. San offered support every step of the way,  and thanks to her I felt confident in my parcel's safe delivery.
